I always stay at this place for my trips. Staff helped me find my lost ID! It suits me well: WiFi, electric kettle, cookware, AC, airport shuttle. Also TV, lift, laundry, express check-in/out, lounge. No pets or smoking. Perfect for my city trips. Can't wait to go back!

Had a really great stay of more than maybe four nights. The owner met us and explained everything. It was located in a nice enough area near to portofino, handy restaurants and shops nearby, and the alley which was obscured by the scaffolding,.

It was marvellous and pleasant next to sea. I appreciated the host who runs the place. The building was nice
The setting was bad, it was a pity.

My stay at this amazing place was mind-blowing! The room was super spacious and impeccably clean, with a jaw-dropping loft design. The smart TV was a great addition for entertainment. I was amazed by the central location and the convenience of nearby restaurants. The owner, who also manages a restaurant next door, made check-in a breeze. The shared dining room and private bathroom added to the comfort. The free refreshments and fruit were a delightful touch. The upgrade to a larger apartment was a pleasant surprise. The modern fixtures and fittings, including a fantastic coffee machine and air conditioning, were top-notch. The layout was perfect and having a washing machine was a bonus. The location was ideal for exploring the city and beyond, with easy access to the train station. The hosts were kind and attentive, making you feel safe and well taken care of.

We were a family of four and had a fantastic stay at Palazzo Cambiaso. The loft was amazing! It had a good layout and functional space, with all the amenities we could need for our stay. The location was also great, with good fruit shops and pasticcerias nearby. The owners, Marcello and his wife, were extremely friendly and helpful whenever we needed information or assistance. The air conditioning was a major plus, especially during the hot summer days. And having a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, kettle. we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I love staying here because it has everything I need - Wi-Fi, a kettle, and kitchen utensils. The staff is amazing; they once helped me find my lost jewelry. Can't wait to come back this weekend! Care for some coffee in the lounge?

Fantastic stay! Best place to crash in Genoa. Wifi was as reliable as my ex, and waking up to cleaning noises felt like a rock concert. But hey, the spacious modern room and friendly staff made up for it. Don't bother looking elsewhere!

The apartment was mind-blowing! The spacious and modern design exceeded all expectations. The king-sized bed was super comfortable, and the living room area was a refreshing change. The hosts were lovely, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The daily cleaning service provided fresh water and fruit, adding a nice touch. The location in the heart of the old town near the port was jaw-dropping, and the historic building added an interesting touch. The rooms were impeccably clean with new furniture and cool design. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting with parking and providing useful information about the city. The kitchen area in the hotel was a great amenity, with free access to a variety of food and drinks. The free coupons for coffee and croissants at the nearby cafe were a nice bonus. The pizzeria on the first floor was also a very nice addition. The host even accompanied us to the car park, which was fantastic. Additionally, the apartment had a great location with convenient access to the Soho Seafood Restaurant and Savo Pizza Restaurant, both of which were excellent. Two grocery stores within a block walk made it even more convenient. a superb stay!

The hotel is perfectly located, close to everything you'd like to see. It is in the old town but right near the port, making it convenient for exploring both areas. The room is stylish and clean, with a nice bathroom. The service is friendly and welcoming. There are plenty of restaurants nearby.
The wifi can be quite slow, which can be frustrating for those who need a reliable internet connection.

The apartment was clean, stylish, and functional. It had enough space for our family of five, with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. the location was ideal, close to the harbor and other attractions. We were greeted by a friendly host who gave us a warm welcome. we enjoyed the mix of old and new elements in the apartment and found it to be a great base for exploring the city.
Although we loved the apartment, there were a couple of downsides. the fold-out sofa was not comfortable to sleep on, and the loft upstairs was quite hot, making it difficult to sleep.
